RESERVATION
- The pre-booking lasts 48 hours and it’s confirmed with the pre-payment; - For confirmation, we request payment of 50% of the stay, via bank transfer; - Check-in time – 2:00 pm and Check-out - 12:00 pm; - It is possible to add an extra bed in the bungalows, the cost of the person / extra bed is 30% of the daily rate; - We do not accept credit card.

POLICIES GENERAL OBSERVATIONS
• The daily rate for the bungalow includes a welcome drink, breakfast, lunch and a bottle of sparkling wine per stay.
• We are not pet friendly. • Dinner can be ordered at the hotel's restaurant, with an additional cost of R$ 125.00 - value per person • We schedule transfers, providing information on date, time, airline and arrival and departure flight number. The amount will be informed at the time of scheduling.
PAYMENTS • On holidays and special packages, rates and minimum nights may change. • Extra bed: It costs 30% of the daily rate. • In case of non-confirmation of the deposit of 50% of the reservation within 48 hours, it is automatically cancelled. • The remaining balance (50%) will be charged the week of check-in. • A fee of 5% (ISS) is charged on the daily rate, and a 5% service charge on the check-out amount. • Extras will be paid at check-out, through PIX or wire transfer. • We do not work with credit/debit card machines.
